Just a quick study of 3d, I had drawn this earlier when I wanted to do a quick Sketch. I was just starting out on 3d at the time I drew this, and so its pretty raw, as you can see here. But i came to a conclusion that spheres look best in 3d. xD No kidding!
A simple lesson i learnt from all my 3d artwork is that every artist has a different approach. Drawing from life is the hardest.
I know this for a fact that drawing something from life is incredibly tough. and I know that anamorphic art drawn from life is gonna be even tougher. I probably might never draw anamorphic art by observing real life
and always use references and drawings that I make
to draw them, but that's just me.
Used pencils and multiliners on sketchbook paper.
Every anamorphic drawing must be viewed from a certain angle in order to get the best result. For example, here, since I have not cropped the image, you can see a LOT of white space in the bottom, which is clearly a waste of composition. Also, unnecessary objects in the background which could have also been cropped. But i present you the raw image here.
Now let me ask you:Would you prefer a RAW image like this, which has no crop, and no composition, but does look 3d, or an image like the rest of my drawings which is cropped for better viewing?
Please do tell me, as i wnat to know. Thanks a lot for reading this, though.
