ABOUT THE PROJECT : Toonz A-Z


is a little project I am working on using the less time I have. I will attempt to sketch 26 toons (ANY CHARACTER THAT IS NOT ANIME/MANGA RELATED) in 1 week. By the next Saturday, I should have finished 26 characters NON COLORED.
EACH CHARACTER IS REFERENCED FROM A PIC OR PICTURES. Some may be heavily referenced, but it is only for the sake of my lines and getting the proportions right.

ah youre slightly mistaken xD
the guides alone took me about 15-20 minutes.
it is the lineart and shade that took me about 16 minutes, i think ^_^
Now you have Photoshop, grab yourself Paint Tool SAI and a tablet, and get started, ya awesome ninja! xD

Paint Tool Sai? I've heard a lot about it...is it about as easy as Photoshop to use?

Hahah you like the other icon better? I did too...I think I should change it back...

Paint tool sAI is the program if you have a tablet ! LOL well the thing is, it makes crisp lines. I am fond of its cleanliness but i hate its interface.
But its totaly upto you. grab a demo and see for yourself xD

LOL yeah thanks for changing it back haha xD but seriously tho if you liked the other one u can keep it no sweat.

Thanks a lot! ^_^ I really dont think speed of stroke matters, but it does matter how CLEAR your strokes are! I'm sure you'll improve ^_^
